Salon is selling their deal Online but the Salon is underconstruction

I've booked an appointment for haircut worth rupees 802 from Enrich Salon Seawoods branch. This offer is valid till 30th September but today I've called them ..they are telling me that the salon on which you have booked an appointment is underconstruction..so why this is even listed here. If they are not taking any order or appointment. It's a cheating with your customer. Please refund my money back or reschedule it with other branch. Otherwise I will take an action against you.
