Restaurant named Gumbad Cafe location in Jama Masjid, Old Delhi. This restaurant is forcefully charging service charges @ 10% from the customers visiting there. After requesting restaurant staff to remove service charges from bill, staff literally uses inappropriate behaviour and language with the customers and urging them to pay service charges in any manner. We request Delhi Govt (Food deptt) to look into the matter and slap a hefty amount of penalty to the cafe owner and their staff.
Hope each and every upcoming customers who are willing to visit Gumbad Cafe should stay alert and knowledgeable so that no one face this cheating as we faced there.
My experience was very bad and will never visit that cafe next time and will warn other customers about this.
