COMPLAINT WITH REFERENCE TO MEMBERSHIP NO. 5555153320 INTERALIA FOR RENDERING DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.

Sir,
That I undersigned was offered membership at Le Meridian Hotel New Delhi by Le Club Elite via representing me that the club offers “two night stay in room including buffet breakfast, non-alcoholic welcome drinks, complimentary dessert, 30 % discount on dining & much more”. In view of the above inducement I took membership in the club and accordingly paid Rs.18,999/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousands Nine Hundred Ninety Nine).
That it was told me that as and when I desire to stay in Hotel the manager will manage the accommodation and booking. That as I had two stay in offer so on 31.10.2021, I booked one stay in your hotel.
That again in the month of Feb, 2023 I called the manager to schedule booking of room for me. That the same was delayed from one pretext or another. That for entire month I waited for availability of room but it was apprised to me that the rooms are full.
That after selling the package and taking complete payment of membership in advance, it was obligatory on your part to arrange room accommodation. That you’re managing team in utter non-professional way flatly refused to offer room or to extend membership. It seems that offers that you give under scam of membership is nothing but a sham move to charge Rs.18999/- from innocent persons. Now, I apprehends that your hotel had betrayed my trust and it is worthy of probe as to under what circumstances your hotel after taking money in advance did not accept booking and later on give unsatisfactory explanation & reply. Such shocking misdeeds leave consumer with no faith in your company.
Moreover, the manager of the Le Club Elite Ms Kavita Giri (9650382828) did not even pick single phone call the entire month of Feb 2023., instead keeps giving our contact to her colleagues to speak with us regarding this matter, one of her colleague name Ms Poonam (9311471864) was also rude on phone and says why are we choosing the last month to claim our room which was left, that’s just unacceptable, I mean it’s our choice whenever we want to. And in the beginning, the manager herself called us, offered the membership and explained us very humbly all the benefits and services we will be getting during our membership period, she was so polite and humble was able to successfully convinced us to be the member of their Le Club Elite. And now that we are facing problems regarding the same membership, she doesn’t have the time to pick up at least 1 phone call of their customers who agreed to be the member on her behavior and service which has totally changed in the end comparatively to the beginning.
Now, vide this Email, I call upon you, the addressee’s to not only look into this gross unprofessional impropriety resorted by your hotel but also reinstate/extend my membership till date of my next stay with your hotel and compensatory benefit for gross professional misfeasance within 5 days of receipt of this email.
