No Replacement of faulty Home Theater 2.1 channel no. 2220.

There's problem within 7 day of purchase of Home Theater 2.1 channel no. 2220. 120 watt. I reported the matter at Rohini Service center. On my resusal for repairs within a week's time. The replacement was agreed but even after 20 days time there's no replacement and commitment from service centre however I got only staggering commitments. And so far there is no confirmed commitment to deliver the Home Theater. I would like the concern authority to intervene and resolve the issue.
