I had visited Haldoram outlet in paschim vihar. Had ordered a thali , plate of idli and Lassi. The packed Lassi was smelling bad and the curd used was kind of rotten. On complaining, the manager said that there was no problem in the Lassi. Despite my regular complaint, nobody listened. Haldiram is known for ages for its quality. When for a 20 rs thing we pay rs 100, we at least deserve a quality. Pls look into it
