Had purchased the goods from the seller. Seller had sent the goods in transportation to deliver it to buyer's address but transport company has lost/stolen(by someone) goods from their end and not even providing the claim of those goods. I tried reaching to the company many times, they are not answering my calls so I went there to resolve this issue but not getting an appropriate answer from them, they are not even considering this as an issue/fault at their end. It has already been more than 2.5 years now, issue is remain unresolved. Have also sent the legal notice twice to the transport service but did not get any reply back. When I try calling transport service, they do not answer it. Suffering a lot due to the issue and feeling cheated.
