Money Taken for delivery

One of my consignment was undelivered whose AWB no is 8892837640. It was cash on delivery . But unfortunately I paid Rs480/- to your delivery boy named Mr Inush .

He said he will return by money but continuously I am chasing him he is giving excuse. I locked a complain on 01-10-21 to your customer care.

But till now I didn't got any update. It's very shameful for you people I am writing for just Rs 480/-

Please sort it out as soon as possible.
