Refund of Money (E-Bay), inform you that almost 1 month passed

This is to inform you that almost 1 month passed but my money is not refunded by ebay.in .

I have a purchased one mobile phone from E-Bay website on 29 may but when i checked & found,the phone which i recieved is old and used .I booked the complain to Ebay and ebay registered the case and check at their end and confirmed that the phone is old and used through IMEI number

After I return the phone to Ebay (ebay vendor) then Ebay confirmed me that my case is closed and given me claim id-2042781 and give me the time line of 15 days to return my money back through DD

As 15 days past when i again enquired to Ebay customer care , they expressed their inablity to deliver in this time frame and ask some more time around 15 days again

I logged the complain in ebay grievance cell DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com but still no solution has been provided

I requested to all my friends ,kindly think twice to purchase any item from Ebay websites because it easy to purchase from this websites but once you retured your product it is not easy to get back your money

For the last one month I struggle to get my hard earned money but fail to get from Ebay.IN
