Faulty Haier AC, This is a 1.5 ton , 3 star Window AC

I purchased a Haier AC on 10-Apr-2016 (3 months back).
This is a 1.5 ton , 3 star Window AC.

MOdel : HW-18CH3CNA/2016

I purchased it from a Shop in Gurgaon.

I stay in Sector 49, Gurgaon.

Just after 2.5 months of purchase the AC started giving beep sound and used to stop suddenly from functioning.

After 1st complaint , the Haier mechanic came and changed the PCB stating that it was faulty.

But just after 2 days the same problem started.

Now on complaining they are not ready to come or hear about the complaint.
I want to return the AC now, as it seems that they have given me a faulty AC
