Dear Sir/ Mam,

My name is Pooja Garg. I am living in Gurgaon, Haryana. My complaint is against a pest control company named ‘ SELF PEST CONTROL, RZ - 87, ISHWAR COLONY, NEAR MAIN NAJAFGARH ROAD, DWARKA, NEW DELHI- 110043, MOB: 8527310690, 8471084902. I got pest control done from them few days back and they guaranteed me the effectiveness of that pest control for one year. But within a week the pest control became ineffective. Since that day I have been trying to chase them but all went in vein. First 2 weeks they did not respond on their calls and after 2 weeks they have started making fake commitments everyday. It's been a month now and still no response from them.
Now I want them to learn a good lesson for fooling their customers. So I request you to take a strict action against them.
I am also attaching their bill for your kind reference.
