Dear sir

we have purchase one LED tv 42 inch from flipkart on 15/11/15

Product sr. no. 23NB424K08150133 ( WARRANTY CARD IS ATTACHED HEREWITH )

WE HAVE REGISTERED FOLLOWING COMPLAINS WITH VECARE. YOUR ENGINEER CAME APPROX, 22 TIMES WITH DIFFERENT PARTS EVERY TIME.

COMPLAIN NO. 1. : 1336222 ( HAVE CHANGED COMPLETE MOTHER BOARD. TV WAS DEAD FOR 15 DAYS. TWICE CAME WITH THE WRONG PART. )

COMPLAIN NO. 2 : 1355207 ( HAVE CHANGED WI-FI CHIP. NOT ABLE TO USE INTERNET FOR 24 DAYS.)

COMPLAIN NO. 3 : 1298553 ( HAVE CHANGES THEIR SPEAKERS ( AGAIN DEAD FOR 15 DAYS. STILL VOICE PROBLEM WAS SAME))

COMPLAIN NO. 4 :1264148. ( NOW COMPLETELY DEAD. NO PICTURE NO SOUND ( WAITING FOR THE ENGINEER TO COME AND HAVE A R& D ON IT.)

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE COMPLETE SET IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. .
