Samsung Note 5 screen damaged without any physical damage complaining

I wish to complain about _Samsung Note 5 Model Number- SM-N920GZDAINS and Serial Number- RZ8G90KTWBD that I purchased on _14th Feb 2016 from Karnal.
I am complaining because Screen is punctured from inside while there is no physical damage to the product and there is not even a single scratch on the device. To resolve this problem I would like company to refund the full amount with compensation.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Manager of the Authorized Samsung service center: Advance technology, 213/ above easyday,, 37, Jharsa Rd, Kirti Nagar, Sector 15 Part 1, Sector 15, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 on 30th June 2016 at your company, and was told that I have to pay for the screen replacement. I believe that this response is unfair because as there is no physical damage to my phone and still the screen is damaged from inside while there is not even a single scratch on the phone. Phone is under warranty. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 10 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
I am attaching copies of my receipt and the service center’s service request copy. The mails I have sent to your team are also forwarded along this mail.
