Hello, Iam Vijesh.I did a hotel booking through PhonePe on 15 oct. But I received a message from hotel saying payment unsuccessful. but amount from my account as deducted.When i contacted phonepe i received a msg that the amount will be refunded to me and will update on 20th oct. On follow up, they said they will get back to me by 24th oct. Iam very disappointed with the service. Its a huge amount for me. Please look in this and help me out in getting my refund back asap.Booking details are as follows:
