The Oceanic owners Association and the dulux officials had signed an agreement to paint the whole Oceanic building. From the very inception of starting the work we have been facing problems in the quality of the work and supply of inadequate strength of work force, In spite of repeated request and meeting there have been no improvements. Target date of completing the work has lapsed long back say about 5 months. Now for the last one and half month no work is done and your officials at Calicut and Cochin do not answer our calls.
You are requested to intervene and get the work finished as per contract terms. An early action is requested please
