I ordered redmi pad from Mi.com. when i recieved the product I found the tablet was physically damaged.I instantly filed a complaint with mi redressing the problem but they refuse to resolve it and say that the product was sent intact.Full video of unboxing is made by me.The complaint number is WOIN20221011000025.I am mentally shook by the incident and severely traumatized by the incident.Such a big company is playing with the trusts of customer.
