I booked a Hans Travel Ac Sleeper bus dewas to gwl 27th Jun 2022 in morning by online through paytm. My boarding place and vehicle was change in last moment, I booked bharat Benz ac Sleeper bus it was also changed , bus received us 11.35 pm ( up 8713 )at boarding place. Me and my pregnant wife my 3.5 year old son and my cousin brother was suffered at that moment very badly on highway and faced some challenges. After few hours Bus ac are off and staff member told us ac aren't working only fan are working, whole journey with packed bus was very pathetic, in the morning my wife and son aren't feel well , they both of continues vomiting . Please what kind of services Hans travel provided even every customer charged payment when they ask.
I want to back my money and stop those kind of Buses.
