Payment of INR 2726.5 made but bill provided forINR 2611

On 13/05/2020 order ID 2981737 made payment of 2726.5 for online groceries. Recieved groceries at around 1045 pm with a bill of 2611. Was told few items were out of stock and diffrence od 115 will be credited back to my account. Also lion dated which has a printed on pack offer of buy 1 get 1 free I ordered but only 1 packet was delivered. Have raised complaint to on the app on 13th, 20th and 24th but have neither recieved any response nor the diffrence money has been refunded. No number is provided in the bill of the store.
