Taken money but services and installation not getting done

Hi team,

I request to intervene in my complaint against tikona broadband services. I had ordered one connection on 21st may 2019 and the sales executive had come over to my place for the same.. he had asked to do the payments which i did online. While coming to installation and providing services, his team started giving excuses and till now the installation of the device is not complete. Moreover when i am calling the team and the sales executive, he is either not responding or abusing me and my family. They have left live open wires in my house and when m again trying to reach dem out, they are being abusive and i am only getting refusals from them. I called the customer care team 7-8times since yesterday, but till now no action has been taken. My money is at stake and i am waiting for a solution. Plz help and sort this matter at the earliest.
