Without information cancelled grocery materials order(pre payment also done at the time of order)

In bigbasket indore,I have ordered grocery items order no:- Minzo:-114893149-240320 dated 24-03-2020 & second order no:-A Mino:-114988891-250320 dated 25-03-2020 . Scheduled delivery was on 27-03-2020 time :10.0 Am to 1.0 Pm but we had wait to get the ordered material but material not received and there was no update regarding material delivery, in afternoon @ 4.00 pm dated 27-03-2020 suddenly order gets cancelled without inform, I talked to bigbasket customer care but they told we can not help you.Based on this order I have purchase grocery items and facing lot of problem due to indiscipline behavior of bigbaset.
