Bluedart couriers chengannur won't deliver items at customer's office/home. They calls the customers to collect the item from their godown. If we refuse to go there..they returns the products . This happened many times . Due to this we either have to re order the same product or have to go to their godown to collect the items which is not practical everytime. As a courier service they are bound to deliver the products at customer doorstep.
