Naaptol Slice and Dice delivered used product & againt received product was damaged

I placed an order with Naaptol for Slice and Dice vide order no. 22376033. When they delivered the order it was used product. So they rearranged for replacement and again product what was received was damaged. Then I requested them to give me refund which they initially did not agreed and they agreed to give me money. Then they came out with new problem saying there was mistake from there side in registering my name instead of pratiksha dani they have recorded as pratiksha. Now they are harassing me to send an email by sending NOC and ID proof. Then I told them to issue a cheque in name of pratiksha then also they are not doing the needful. i have fulfilled the request of sending an sms that I have no objection in getting my cheque issued by name of pratiksha instead of pratiksha dani. Still they are not releasing my payment.
I am fed up even though amount is too less. But this the way they are harassing the customer. kindly please help
