Handset submitted for repair to service center not yet received for 50 days

I bought LE 1s handset online for Rs.10000 on 27th Feb'2016, for network issue i submit the same to service center in Dadar on 11th May'2016, as told by service center it is not repairable so need to be replaced.
But till date i didnt get any call from service center . It almost 50 days i did not get my handset.
No satisfactory reply from LE service center too.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.
