You Broadband Not returning money

I applied for new connection from You broadband on 24th may and paid Rs 1398 online for "You Tyrant" monthly plan. Till this date no one called me and as frustrating customer i filed for refund request with no 2016052410834 but everyday i have to call you broadband to find out the status. This complaint it to get my money back
