I purchased relience wipod 4 months ago as post paid.From April 16 esuddenly reliance stop their CDMA internet service and ask for new donglei.e.cost 2699/- while i purchase a dongle of Rs 3000/- 4 month ago. After contacting helpline it has been told that i will get at the cost of Rs 899/-.But when i go online for the purchasing of gsm dongle the rate are 2699/-.from last two month my rent is generating and i am paying it regulerly whithout their service wishing my new dongle will get at the cost of Rs899/-Iasked several times to web shop/helpline nos.but no use.i even asked the company to stop my services immedietely but company only ask for the monthly bill without providing services.
