I enquired if Dettol liquid antiseptic liquid is available or not on 16.06.20 at the centre located at Mandirtala, Shibpur, Howrah 711102.Getting negative answer I ordered for few medicines and told Mrs. Rimita that there are few medicine shop where this item is available. In spite of a big and renowned medicine shop why this product is unavailable?
In reply to this question, Mrs.Rimita told will I take your order or cancel? I politely told her that your concern have been repeatedly sending me messages for purchasing medicine while you are behaving me like this? I may complain to the proper authority. Then she boldly replied my name is Rimita Mukherjee, you may complain against me anywhere and at any time,will I give you complaint number? Then I was compelled to cancel my order.
Being a customer for last couple of years, I don't expect such behaviour from your end. I earnestly request you to look into the matter seriously and to take immediate steps against such misbehaviour only to maintain healthy relationship with customer and trader and for future business transactions.
