No power Supply Since last 3 and half days

Cyclone Amphan that had hit WB on 20-May-2020, resulted in a lot of tree fall in Kolkta. An adjoining mango tree fell over our electricity lines and tore it down.Since then we have no power supply. Also,no water supply since pumps are not working without power. All other adjoining houses have power,except for our house and an adjoining neighbour's plot.We have been trying to contact the service provider CESC through the helplines they have provided. Written to them on twitter/fb messenger,whatsapp. But neither are they taking up calls,nor registering complaints. Hence we dont know when our power wilp be restored. Please resolve this. They are a private company,and can not deny us service like this. They should compensate too.
