Discontinuation of the contract

Hello Team,

I want to lodge a complaint against Just Dial organization relating to the discontinuation of my contract.

Myself, Arundhuti Dutt a resident of Kolkata have listed my home bakery business named “Bakeat” with Just Dial in the month of December, 2019 for a term of 1 year. After 3months, I realized that my business was not doing good and I closed it. Hence, I wanted to discontinue my service from Just Dial.

As per the contract terms, the contract will be discontinued within 3 months after the same is notified. I have communicated over mail to discontinue my service in the 1st week of March, 2020. The only communication I received from Just Dial that they are looking into it and will reach out to me. Even after repetitive mails sent to their customer care, I have not received any confirmation whether the contract has been discontinued or not. Besides, the ECS payment is being deducted from my specified bank account till May 2020.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and assist me so that the ECS facility is stopped or else my money is getting deducted for no use.
