Kuchina Appliances - Not delevering the product on time as well as harassment

I had ordered for Modular kitchen.They are supposed to deliver it after 1month.But despite of several reminders they are dilly dallying the matter.Now they are not even picking up the phone. It is causing tremendous harrasment and mental agony.
Kindly help me out.
