Defect against water purifier model Dewdrop, Kutchina for poor servicing within AMC

Kutchina water purifier model Dewdrop having defects from November-18 was reported and they could not able to rectify the problem due to nonavailability of spares and forcing me to exchange the model though I have AMC with validity upto March-2020. My family is suffering for drinking water since last one month regarding non-satisfaction service of Kutchina service center.I request them to replace the unit temporarily to reduce my harassmanet for drinking water. But they could not respose about this. Pl. take care with priority to solve the said issue earnestly.
