" What happens if there is a difference between the original and rescheduled booking amount?

There are two likely scenarios.
i) The rescheduled flight fare is lower than the original flight fare. In this instance you will be refunded the amount paid by you (up to Rs.3200).
ii) The rescheduled flight fare is higher than the original flight fare. In this instance you will be refunded the rescheduling fee + the Cleartrip convenience fee (up to Rs.3200).
The amount payable by you, upto Rs.3200, will be refunded in both scenarios

as per your customer care stuff from today's morning call...
6 dec 22:30 air asia 6170/-
my 9 th december flight 3900/- (diff 2270/-)
but your customer care stuff is saying that I have to pay 6170 then he will will refund up to 2700/- which is complete against what you stated in the rule above. in that way I am paying 10700 -2700 = 8000 for 3900/- ticket (4100) extra??
what kind of fraud is this? refund the flexipay amount that you taken in this booking to my bank account immediately.
