We have ordered online mobile set name lyf ls-5501 32gb white with jio lyf water 8 volte smartphone bearing order no. Order #100000686 on dtd. 5th august 2016, but till date we have not received the product and false commitment is being provided by the company person on various names named rashi, sidharth, sameer, megha, manish etc. Stating that the phone is dispatched, provided tracking id of other customer order. Order was placed in emi option but still the emi option is not active and full payment has been credited from the account.

Its high time the complain need to be taken to next higher level authority so that they don't fraud the poor people.
