Cheated by MI company (manufacturer of MI phones), get defective product

i had purchased a mobile phone of MI(note 3) on 07 Jul 2016 and get defective product.

when i complained on their customer support they noted my complain but do not get any response from them.

they told me that wait for 48 hours their executive will come to us and solve it but no one is come to me till now.

so i think i cheated by MI company.

please help me to solve this problem
