Dear Sir
We had given the order for Modular kitchen to M/s HEMA KITCHEN & FURNITURE in April-2016, with a commitment to complete work in 2 days. However, the work was not completed even after 2 months. There are lots of complains like improper alignment, wrong laminates, etc.At the time of work completion, whatever payments were asked, we had made, but the complains were not resolved. He left the work incomplete. He has taken the payments, but he has not provided any receipts also. At present, after 2 months, today the laminates from plywod are detaching. The person is not picking up the phone.

It is requested to please resolve the matter
