Reference: - (1) SANDESH invoice no.105335 for the year 2015-16.
(2) Our phone calls on your customer care no.079-40004000 on date 28-08-2016, 02-09-2016 and today on 03-09-2016.
(3) Our frequent reminders personally and on phone calls to your agent Sh.Bharat B.Dama of Jamnagar along with SMS on 19-07-2016.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to above, I NARENDRAKUMAR JAYANTILAL PAREKH of Jamnagar have paid annual subscription for SANDESH daily Gujarati news paper vide above mentioned invoice from your agent Sh.Bharat B. Dama of Jamnagar have following points to be brought to your mind for regular and consistence supply of news paper and reimbursement for those days for which we have not received the news paper from last 23-08-2016 to as on date.
In this connection we have frequently requested your agent but he never mind and at last his father have threatened and abused when we demanded for regular supply of news paper on 19-07-2016. I had immediately SMS all the things to your agent Sh.Bharat B.Dama.
Over and above, I contacted three times/three days as mentioned here-in-above on your customer care no.079-4000400 as my invoice is subject to Ahmadabad jurisdiction, I shocked by getting negative response from your side saying that ‘do whatever you want’ on 03-09-2016 on my cell phone.
I believe this is an injustice to customer and forced us to go in consumer care forum for which SANDESH will be sole responsible.
Hope you will take appropriate action against responsible person at the earliest for the same for our regular supply of SANDESH daily.
