Delivery of wrong cheap items

This website was a third party site in association with myshopify.com. I received my parcel which had very poor quality products however the site flashes otherwise.
This site doesn't have a customer support number just an email address care@charlettesecret.com .
Also their page is now inactive. I request if this matter can be looked into and my money can be refunded back.
