I booked a mobile online from Poorvika Mobiles website with full payment on May 14, for which I asked if I can collect the same from the shop and they agreed and I collected it on May 15.
On asking for the bill at shop, they asked us to wait and the copy of bill can be taken online, from the purchase we did on their website.
Till date (June 03), product on website is marked as processing and they are not ready to provide the bill for the same.
Please help us against this fraud.
