Change in bus type

I would like to register my complaint against Kpn transport. I booked my ticket through red bus from arupukottai to Chennai in AC sleeper for 2nd December 2019.

When I called the bus driver he informed me that bus has been changed to AC semi sleeper. The driver didn't inform me in advance and without any information how come they can change the bus type.

I preferred to travel in AC sleeper and that is why I booked in that option. Kpn transport has a very good name and reputation and this kind of things might lose its value.

Kindly take the necessary action and I need you to return my money since I paid for AC sleeper not for AC semi sleeper.
