Hi All,
This is a complaint against Eureka Forbes. I have bought Eureka forbes Vacuum cleaner(wdX2) on January 28th product was delivered. I nearly did not even use for more than a week and machine stopped working. I raised complaint via customer care on 1st march 2020 and no one is responding and playing around. Everyday they give some crap reason and did not pay my refund amount which i wish to return back the machine. I called Sales executive (Sanjay and Sivaperumal) from chennai who delivered product and they told “out of 50 machines 10 will be faulty so if you have any issues kindly contact customer care” i again raised complaint. Still no response. Hence i have filed fir complaint against Eureka Forbes Sales Executive at K5 Police station chennai. This is quite disappointed the way they handle customer queries. I still did not get any replacement of machine neither refund for what i paid.
