Complaint regrading freecharge wallet non addition of money in wallet.

I've added Rs. 308/- in my freecharge wallet on 07/01/2017 Order Id: OC-1861142979-1483798892836 by my debit card but due to some technical glitch the amount could not be transfered to freecharge and lies with their payment partner PayU www.payu.in.
I've also confirmed with payu and they have confirmed of successful transaction PayU ID: 5978584115, which I've trailed with all the transaction details to freecharge but they are not accepting this and given ticket ID's #888546, #904982, #934570. Please help me in this regards if possible.
