The order was placed for 8 items, worth Rs. 4186. 1 item was delivered after 3 weeks of ordering and that too not from among those ordered. A complaint was raised on the company's customer care which was neither acknowledged, nor addressed, and a few days later, they had a page on their website accepting the fraud. The company had a Shopify backend and Razorpay payment API, which made it look legitimate to a customer like me.
