Hello,

I was pregnant when i decided to purchase Kent Bathroom water softner and the saleman gave me wrong information and made me purchase sand filter too. The installation guys agreed it was a misleading sales they made however no use. Till date i have no refund. They made me buy pressure pump as my flat is on 4th floor, made me change the new pipeline twice and still no solution. I followed the escalation matrix but no response from them. It is a shame as i was pregnant when all this was happening. I have made so many request on twitter too however no resolution. They have harrassed me and made me pay money for useless products. Please help me get the refund. I reached out to Mr. Lovekesh too on emails and tried to call him but no help.
