Hi,

Reaching out to you regarding my recent order which was a blouse for Rs 2549. (Screen shot attached)

I didn't as much as try the product, just saw it figured it wasn't my size, place return request. It got picked today and the delivery guy checked the tags in front of me.

Now, I get a message saying return is on hold because product didn't meet quality check. I called customer care and they said the product doesn't have tags. Excuse me???

The delivery guy took the order after checking the tags!!

What if he mishandled the package and the tags were damaged by him? Are you going to penalize me for that? Really? This is the customer experience you are providing?

Also, this is the second time in a matter of one month that I am facing such an issue. A similar thing happened with my previous order too only for you guys to apologize later since all the tags were there!!

Please stop taking customers for a ride, this is becoming very frustrating.

It isn't a small Amount, it is Rs. 2500 , which is my hard earned money.

Please help.
