10% Cash Back Fraud, They used to tell false story every time

I was told I would get 10% cashback when I was purchasing Dell Laptop from Croma Stores, Koramangala. I am following up with them since October 2018 still I have not received 10% cashback in my credit card account. They used to tell false story every time when I go and ask Croma Store Manager.
