I have ordered clothes from club factory on june 22nd and the expected delivery date was 8th july but i have not received the order yet

I have called customer care number and there is no proper response they informed that it will take one week and this was informed on july 8th and today its july 17th but there is no response of my order i have paid 3800 for that Today i tried calling club factory but they have blocked my number i want strict action to be taken on them please

I have uploaded images where it clearly shows that product is still in custom clearance from july 25th
