Havent received my refund

I have placed an order on Jiomart.com on 6th of july till date i have neither received my order nor my refund inspite of raising several complaints and escalating the same to higher officials no action is taken. when i check the status of the order on jiomart.com it shows it is delivered.... please help me to get my refund
