Complaint against a shopkeeper selling on wrong price

Sir, i live in Indore,(M.P) here a local grocery shopkeeper in my area selling items more than its actual price even the MRP shown on that item wnen anyone tell him to sell that item on its real mrp he refuse to sell and say that i have sold that item even more than the price i am asking.He is a
fraud (Chindi chor) and he is doing this for 4 years.Please do a strict action against him and shut down his shop because no matter how a fraud is major or minor.
