Complain oven not getting proper service on claiming warranty

I bought this oven on 4-Sep-2015 and this is the current condition. I claimed warranty service as it is within 2Yrs warranty period. A service person came and inspected. He told me the oven body should be replaced free of cost. He went and never came back again. I have an open ticket number:KOLK2215553. Followed up with customer care they are not able to help me out. Need justice.
