Comaplian against FFlipcart for wrong material delivery

I have purchased 8nos curtain set, each set price Rs 899. The order placed on 13th Sept and the material delivered later as that time I am out of home for couple of week. Later on 10th Oct I found that the wrong material of Rs 619 has been sent, immediately I called to flipcart support but not willing to return the material as return policy ended.
My question is
1. Whether Flipcart has the right to send the wrong material?

2. Is their right to stole one customer's Rs 2240 by writing some policy only?
