There is a fake website called Charlette’s Secret which recently redirects to a page which states that they are not operational in the region and that they’re processing refunds of wrong order deliveries. They also have a form which fools users into believing that their refunds are being processed but the form is fake as you can enter any gibberish and any order number and you get the same response that they’re refunding us. I had ordered products worth 2500 and I know many others who had purchased products like me and they all have received cheap quality items. The customer care email address is fake as well as all emails are failing with undeliverable address error. Please take this complaint seriously as I will be taking legal action soon. I am collecting evidence from as many people as possible who have been duped like me.
