Return of defective product & its refund

Pathetic customer service, 1st a defect product is delivered from Tata Cliq, 2nd after repeated follow ups from last 22 days no action yet taken to process return and refund the money. Though I have sent all pics required by them (through one call in whole incident)
Pls look into immediately nd arrange 2 refund my money w/o any further delay. Order ID: 108366940
